Hand-Tufted Burgundy Rug with Pink Checkered Border

A rug is more than a home decor item, it is a piece of art that brings warmth, comfort, and character to your living space. This hand-tufted burgundy rug, framed by a graphic pink checkered border, reflects a dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design.

Hand-tufted by skilled artisans using 100% premium New Zealand wool, renowned for its softness, durability, and natural beauty, every rug is finished with careful hand-carving and trimming for a clean, long-lasting pile. New Zealand wool is prized in rug-making for its long fibre length, which is what gives a hand-tufted rug this level of durability and resistance to matting.

The solid burgundy field keeps the design calm at the centre, while the pink checkerboard border does the visual work. Use it as a bold but balanced choice for a room that otherwise leans neutral, or in an entryway where the graphic border makes a strong first impression.

Its bold border and rich colourway make it a striking choice for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining spaces alike. Made to order in additional colourways and every size we offer.
